Honda is the brand with the Best Retained Value according to Canadian Black Book

Honda finished first among all mainstream automakers for the Best Retained Value in the recent Canadian Black Book awards. The brand also finished in the top three in four categories for its models when it comes to retained value.

The retained value calculation is an indication of a particular brand’s resale value or depreciation. A vehicle with the best retained value keeps a larger percentage of its initial value compared to other vehicles in the same category.

Already known for its reliability and excellent fuel economy and safety, Honda has now won the Best Retained Value for the second year in a row.

The Honda Civic finished first among all mainstream cars for retained value while the Honda Accord finished third. The Honda CR-V finished second among all compact and subcompact SUVs while the Honda Ridgeline finished third among midsize pickups.

We can now add resale value among all of the reasons to consider a new Honda vehicle!
